Ever since I bought the car the speedo has jumped.
The DPO claimed this was the speedo cable and even had a new spare which he just hadn't fitted yet.
Well last night was the time for that job.
Okay car up on stands, remove the cable from the angle drive.
(I know it's cruddy in there, I've got to do the rear seal and will will then give it a good clean)
Tape on the cable to mouse it through.
It is horendouse behind the dash so off with the wheel.
Now get in here
Yes in HERE ! need a gynacologists hands !
Phew all done now back underneath and

The cable is to fecking short, DPO had bought for a RHD so to short !!!!
Moral of the story measure twice cut once and NEVER trust a DPO
grrr, looks like a job for Moss and UPS.
